KaBuM cause another upset at MLG X Games Aspen as they demolished Cloud9 16-4 on de_mirage.

After Cloud9 started off as Counter-Terrorists on de_mirage, they kicked things off with a pistol round win, but things soon turned upside down as KaBuM replied with an eco.

It was 5-2 before the North American team answered with two rounds of their own, but with Lucas "⁠steel⁠" Lopes opening both sites in KaBuM's attacks and Cloud9 trying to forcebuy a few times, the Brazilian side ended up switching to the other side with a solid 11-4 lead.

KaBuM surprise Cloud9 with a confident win 

The pistol round saw a trade going into a three-on-three after a good fake by Kory "⁠SEMPHIS⁠" Friesen, but KaBuM retook the B bombsite against the odds and continued to thrive with an anti-eco afterwards.

Even the first buyround was a mop-up by Gabriel "⁠FalleN⁠" Toledo's squad, as they completely denied mid control by Cloud9, and at 15-4, KaBuM finished the match off with another confident round.
